• 2 cups pitted rainier cherries

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

  • 1 cup Honey Serrano Vinegar

In a 32 ounce glass jar, combine cherries and maple syrup. Muddle together, cover and allow to macerate for 2 hours before adding vinegar. Stir, cover and refrigerate for 2-4 days. Strain mixture before enjoying in cocktails, as a non alcoholic spritz, in salad dressings and over ice cream! Cheers!
