Pair with chicken, lamb, vegetables, or use in vinaigrettes, over ice cream and with fresh fruits and berries. Pairs well with lemon agrumato olive oil, blood orange agrumato olive oil, Milanese Gremolata olive oil.
Our balsamic condimento is caramel color-free, free of added sugar or thickeners, and is naturally cooked and aged in the wood barrels of the traditional Solera System. It is PGI (Protected Geographic Indication) certified to come from Modena, Italy.
